Scallop Platter - Plump sea scallops lightly fried to perfection.

Oyster Platter - Salty bayou oysters lightly fried till they're crispy on the outside

Trout Meuniére - Fresh filet of trout lightly fried topped with a lemon butter

Trout Almondine - Fresh filet of trout lightly fried topped with almonds and
Chappy's special lemon and herb sauce. Also available broiled.
