• Appetizers for Cocktails - crabmeat stuffed mushroom caps, smoked salmon tray, marinated crab fingers, shrimp cocktail, shrimp remoulade, etc.
• Dinner for 10 to 12. Just heat and serve! Roasted prime rib of beef, stuffed potatoes, carrots, Grand Marnier, shrimp and eggplant casserole with Chappy’s Bread and Butters. Also available with soup, salad, and dessert.

Catering at Your Place - Bartenders, waitstaff, hors d’oeuvres, carving stations, pasta stations, soup stations, buffet dinners, jambalaya, fried catfish, etc.

Chappy Also Offers - Cooking classes, restaurant theme nights, cigar dinners, wine tastings.
